The Client Director plays a critical role in maintaining prosperous client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth.
You are an expert in identifying and driving growth opportunities in both existing and new client relationships. You need to continuously review customer relationships and optimize processes so that they benefit both the client and the agency.
The Client Director actively and operationally contributes to the firm's growth together with the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Business development
Strong ability to represent the agency, package and sell existing and new products to clients. You have a strong presence and very good presentation skills.
Organization
Great ability to lead entire projects from start to finish and independently determine which interdisciplinary competencies are required. Primary contact with the client. Bears the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that goals and deadlines are maintained both internally and externally. Actively contributes to updated structural capital internally at the agency.
Leadership
Senior leader at the firm who inspires and motivates employees towards common goals. Role model and mentor for younger colleagues in project- and production management.
Strategic Consulting
Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising to enable more comprehensive strategic advice to clients. Proven experience in translating marketing- and brand strategies into creative campaigns and communication.
Result-oriented
Very good understanding of numbers and economics. Responsible for continuously reviewing resources, finances, growth and profitability of clients to enable the best opportunity for the agency. Very good ability to set clear KPIs towards the client and ensure the right deliveries.
Relationship building
Ability to further develop existing client relationships and develop new relationships to the agency’s advantage. You are the person who acts as the face of the agency both internally and externally at e.g. industry- and networking events.
Required education & experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in well-renowned creative agencies
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience working with international clients and agencies is a plus
- Proven track record in securing new business
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling integrated, interdisciplinary campaigns and creative projects
