ESSVE is now looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead and coordinate this area. You will be hands-on involved in the development of the digital content eco-system through the creation, production and distribution of content. In order to succeed, we believe you have significant experience of working with best practices for how digital content and marketing can help ESSVE reach its overall goals. You will be working closely with multiple international markets and stakeholders, helping local markets by coordinate digital marketing efforts.
The overall objective for the Digital Marketing & Content Manager is to attract, engage and retain our core target group, the professional craftsmen, through relevant and inspiring content. This includes responsibility to plan and execute our content plan over the year and coordinate this with our marketing road map. You will create content that grows our engagement, reach, audience and conversion, by working with internal resources and in close cooperation with advertising and digital agencies.
Furthermore you will manage the digital content distribution, coordinate our own social media channels, our websites as well as SEO and programmatic marketing. The goal is to attract and convert prospective customers to buying customers and buying customers to repeat customers.
A large part of content marketing is, of course, the "digital customer journey", but not exclusively. The created content will primarily be used in external web channels and on our own sites. In addition, the material will be used in other communication areas such as PR, reseller communication and traditional media.

- We expect that you to have been working in a similar position on either client or agency side, building relevant content by identifying meaningful insights and turning them into action.
- You have a can-do-attitude and have experience of a/b-testing content concepts and key messages.
- You are a linguist in Swedish and English.
- You have practical experience of digital and content marketing as well as relevant digital tools, such as Hubspot and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience of working with Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign is commendable, and it´s advantageous If you can manage motion and still photography.
