We are looking for an experienced Media Director who will be responsible for leading our central online and e-com team by overseeing our strategy, planning, implementation, optimization and performance analysis.

In this position you we want you to drive Cloetta’s media strategy across markets to focus on key priorities and ensure best possible investment choices.

You are accountable to identify and monitor key levers to improve ROI of full media mix for our promotional strategies exploiting marketing synergy effects to fuel the pure media investments by harmonizing and negotiate media agencies, buying tactics, etc.

Our absolute aim is to ensure organisational learning by upskilling and guiding the marketing community, establishing a new era of marketing across all markets powered by digital as well as analyzing our digital eco-system and building vision ahead including choices on Tech and analytics.

We expect you to ensure focus and buy-in of markets and marketing community to accelerate our e-com strategy and optimizing advertising strategies for varying audiences and channels.

You will lead the team and report directly to Chief Marketing Officer and it is preferable that you are based in Stockholm and willing to travel internationally regularly.

Cloetta’s vision is to become the most admired satisfier of munchy moments. You will contribute to this by being accountable for driving the groups media strategy, building synergies and improving media ROI, to manage our brands more efficient. You will be involved in organisational upskilling and establishing a new era of marketing powered by digital. The vision is crucial as well as the strategy and digital eco-system to get the right E-com acceleration.
In order to succeed in this role, you need a proven work experience as Media Director or in Media, Online and e-com strategies and execution with eight or more years experience within Marketing, Media and Online management area, preferably from branded FMCG.
Experience in stakeholder management within matrix organizations and strong understanding of media fundamentals, especially digital media is required with the ability to inspire and upskill the organisation in latest technology and trends.

We expect you to have a Bachelors degree in Marketing or Media Management or the equivalent, with strong analytic skills and a high collaborative mindset. As a person you are proactive, independent and anticipating, open to change and innovation.
