CDON is currently looking for a driven Head of CRO who is interested and have a passion for exploring new opportunities to find new customers, as well as the relevant experience to further develop and execute the strategy and vision of the team.

  • Owns the A/B-test agenda
  • Test design & evaluation
  • Project leader
  • Prioritization of tests

  • Collaborates with stakeholders, experts and development throughout the creative process.
  • Has overall knowledge of the whole digital marketing ecosystem.
Can introduce or improve CRO processes:
  • Ensures right focus in the day-to-day work.
  • Is truly data driven and validation of improvement hypotheses is in his/her DNA.
  • Has broad competence within expert areas and understand when to inject the right competence.
