Interim – Digital Consumer Marketing Manager to Skruf Snus

Ahead of an exciting and eventful 2025 at Skruf Snus, we are looking for a Digital Consumer Marketing Manager. You will cover for a parental leave while also contributing to the development of the company's operations.

The position plays a central role within the company's marketing department and is primarily responsible for executing the digital consumer marketing strategy and activities within the market. You will drive your own area forward with the support of the rest of the marketing team. It is important that you have experience in digital and social channels, feel confident in yourself, have a strong sense of ownership, and enjoy taking on new challenges as well as handling administrative tasks.

Close cooperation with the Key Account Managers and the cluster marketing team is essential in supporting the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. The main KPIs are to achieve positioning targets, volume, market share, reach, and profit objectives.

Your job

  • Executing all marketing initiatives for our strategic brands (briefs, agency contact, launches, campaigns and KAM activities)
  • Ownership of all digital touchpoints both online and offline
  • Secure that planning is executed efficiently
    • Develop the campaign planning processes in close cooperation with KAM
    • Initiating all projects both internal and external
    • Develop presentation platform
    • KPI´s are set together with Marketing and KAM team
    • Communication with other digital stakeholders within Cluster team
    • Develop the digital platform and implement best practice
  • Social media/Online creating the overall social media plan
    • (e.g. Instagram, skruf.se, FB, LinkedIn)
  • Secure delivery of materials to E-tailor campaigns and development of each channel
  • Ownership of influencers and related strategies
  • All consumer activities together with CMM (music events, pop-ups, tour-schedule etc)

Your profile

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a Digital Marketing / Digital agency role
  • Working knowledge of brand marketing principles
  • Have experience in managing requirements with external consultants and agencies
  • Be accustomed to evaluating the profitability of campaigns, drawing conclusions based on results, and then optimizing activities accordingly.
  • Knowledge of easier adaptions and changes (PSD,AI)
  • Enjoy working on a strategic level while also being able to handle operational tasks
  • Open minded, creative, used to take ownership and to deliver new initiatives
  • University degree in Marketing/economics
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
