Chimney also delivers total digital communications solutions with mobile content for a variety of brands such as H&M, Google, Volkswagen, Skånetrafiken and others. Today, we have a total of about 300 employees spread across 10 offices worldwide: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Berlin, Frankfurt, Warsaw, Basel, Sydney and Singapore. You will be responsible for business performance and growth for Chimney’s holistic services in digital brand activation in Malmö. Initial focus will be on developing our client base in Malmö through acquisition of new clients as well as growth of existing relations.
We expect you to understand the entire chain of communication success from strategy development, through concept creation, production to digital distribution and analytics. You are a sought-after thought leader in our industry – communications and strategy advisor to clients.
You are also interested in growing and developing a team. You will be the Managing Director of the Malmö office and coach and develop the team consisting of 10 people. You will also help us double the business in 3 years. You have proven leadership skills with an ability to motivate and engage others to surpass their objectives.
Main areas of responsibilities and tasks
- To drive the business for Chimney Group’s holistic communications services in Malmö based on the body of international experience, clients and cases. Both with new and existing clients.
- Ensuring efficiency of the office including organisation structure, decision making processes, resource planning and evaluation, profitability management etc.
- You will be the Managing Director of the Malmö office and coach and develop the team consisting of 10 people
- Create a plan for client acquisition on the Malmö market, based on group target segments as well as driving the client acquisition work. Targets will include revenue growth and client base building.
- Be an advisor to Chimney’s clients on solutions in the digital ecosystem to achieve their communications goals and KPIs. To participate and oversee quality of delivery in projects.
- To be part of the group-wide Directors team for knowledge sharing, business development and best practice distribution.
Experience and skills
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience (Communications Consulting, Professional Services, Communication or Digital Agencies)
- Proven track record of successful consultative sales in communications services
- Combination of strategic communications solutions and strong execution ability
- Leadership skills and proven managerial success
