The mission of the Marketing Department aims to deliver consumer driven actionable insights to create relevant & aspirational initiatives. The Marketing Manager will drive the consumer agenda of the organisation, that will create a ‘sense a place’ and make our centres destinations of choice.

The Marketing Manager will be a part of the Marketing Department, which ensures that the Group´s assets are lively, attractive places to work and visit. You will report to Shopping Centre Manager at Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, with a dotted reporting line to Head of Marketing.


About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement the marketing action plan for Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, being a place where visitors can enjoy a constantly renewed experience and every visit is a truly memorable moment.

By campaigns, events, media and PR the Marketing Manager develops a global powerhouse retail brand, and gives consumers a reason to visit and a reason to return.

Develop digital (incl web and social media) and data sources to further enrich the acquisition and engagement strategy.

You will also have a lot of external contacts with creative agencies and media agencies.



Responsibilities include

* Daily deployment of the marketing action plan for Westfield Mall of Scandinavia.

* Planning, implementing and follow up of activities in accordance with the marketing action plan.

* Update the digital channels for the shopping centre (website and social media for example).

* Identify partnerships that enable additional value to the activities in the shopping centre.

* Handle contacts with media agencies and creative agencies.

 

Desired skills and profile

* Relevant degree in marketing or communication with approximately at least 3-5 years of experience in the competence field.

* Be an effective communicator and excellent writer in both Swedish and English.

* Business oriented and commercial approach.

* Experience from marketing and communication in a listed company or an agency is meritorious.

* A great interest in retail, a positive attitude and lot´s of energy is a must.
