As Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the performance and optimization of digital campaigns in order to drive business and/or brand movement. The position is focused on creating actionable insights linked to digital marketing and media. The aim is to analyze, and ideally predict how we can maximize penetration and customer lifetime value while driving a seamless digital experience for our customers.

You will be expected to set high requirement standards for external partner, judge media plans, and continuously monitor multiple projects with 100% accuracy. You will be able to achieve these goals by partnering closely with the marketing team, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

A detail oriented role that requires superior data and analytical skills, and the ability to continuously drive performance improvements

You are requested to take a holistic view on the performance of our digital marketing, spread knowledge through active communication, and drive business in close cooperation with the rest of the consumer marketing team, CRM and our digital store (telia.se).

 Main responsibilities:

  • Understand and monitor short and long-term profitability of digital activities and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, digital) and external partners to optimize existing campaigns, create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Analyze and optimize components (creative, format, target, offer, message, price, timing, target group)
  • Work with a customer lifetime value models to drive and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Provide insights on campaign performance, measure sales effectiveness and determine return on investment for digital initiatives
  • Build reporting structures for campaigns and activities, secure KPIs and dashboards
  • Evaluate and implement best in class tools and practices for digital analytics programs
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Observe and suggest changes based on data that will help us create a personal and frictionless customer experience
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights together with partners
  • Pro-actively communicate learnings and recommendations
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your qualifications:

  • A good commercial understanding
  • Proven working experience in the digital field (digital media, analytics, platforms, e-commerce)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, display, social media etc.)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, convert, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid statistical skills, knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, and ability to see patterns and communicate insights
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and have no problem communicating in Swedish and English
