As Vice President Commercial Performance your role is to manage several teams within eCommerce, Distribution/Channel Manager, Total Profit Management, Brand & Communication, Sales and Social Media supporting the hotels. The responsibilities involve developing and managing commercial strategies and optimizing digital sales in our own channels and operational field sales. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting and leading Nordic Hotels & Resorts commercial strategy and ensuring the reach of the set growth goals.
  • Distribution/Channel Management strategy and implementation (GDS, OTA, Call centre etc).
  • Developing sales strategies including price optimization.
  • Providing strategic direction to the commercial teams and individual hotels.
  • Coaching, supporting and leading a team of 6-8 senior managers in the Commercial Performance Management Team.
  • Take ownership of the sales forecast and report progress to the owner, executive team and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in corporate projects, steering committees and be the commercial linchpin between Nordic Hotels & Resorts and Nordic Choice Hotels.
  • Stakeholder to our partners Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels and Design Hotels.

What You Bring to the Party:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality and/or lifestyle brand(s).
  • 5+ years experience in revenue optimization, channel management and sales.
  • Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leadership in digital space and strong knowledge of digital platforms.
  • Strong leader with flexibility and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service focused and solution oriented.
  • Strategic, forward thinking, anticipation of key market trends.
  • Strong and proactive communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

The position is located at our office in Oslo or Stockholm. Fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian is a pre-requisite.
