We're looking for a sharp, commercially-minded E-commerce Operations Manager to join our client's digital team and keep their online store running at peak performance across EMEA/APAC markets.

What you'll do

You'll be the backbone of digital execution—turning commercial strategy into flawless online experiences. From launching campaigns to ensuring every product detail is pixel-perfect, you'll keep a watchful eye on the .com store and collaborate closely with markets, marketing teams, and the Digital Market Content Team to make sure the site always reflects what matters most.

Your day-to-day

Campaign ExecutionLaunch and coordinate digital campaigns with commercial teams, NSCs, and Growth Managers. You'll brief, schedule, and QA every campaign to ensure smooth go-lives that hit their marks.

Site Health & MerchandisingRun daily health checks on pricing, content, links, and site performance. Manage the full product lifecycle—from launches to phase-outs—and keep the site aligned with global and local marketing priorities.

Content & ComplianceWork with Legal to validate all copy and visuals for regulatory compliance. Coordinate translations and localization, and maintain clear documentation of content lifecycles.

Performance & InsightsMonitor KPIs like conversion rates, CTR, and CSAT for your markets. Spot trends, flag issues early, and share learnings to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Stakeholder CollaborationBe the go-to contact for National Sales Companies and local teams. Communicate clearly and confidently about site status, campaign performance, and upcoming activities.

Problem-SolvingTriage operational issues, escalate strategic opportunities, and document solutions to keep the site healthy and resilient.

AI & AutomationHelp shape the future by testing and providing feedback on AI tools for copywriting, QA automation, and workflow optimization.

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • 3+ years in e-commerce operations, online trading, or digital merchandising
  • Proven experience executing campaigns and managing online storefronts
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, QA tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Bonus points for:

  • Experience implementing compliance frameworks and navigating local market regulations
  • Familiarity with tools like ContentStack, Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Power BI, Looker Studio, ServiceNow, Content Store, and Figma
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Type of employment: Interim contract

Contract period: January 7, 2026 - April 30, 2026

Location: Göteborg or Stockholm, onsite
