About the role

Are you curious, creative, and eager to grow in marketing and communications? We’re looking for an open and enthusiastic team player to join our client as their new Marketing and Communications Assistant with a particular focus on brand activation and roll-out. This role is perfect if you’ve recently finished your studies (or have similar experience) and want to kick-start your career in a supportive and dynamic environment. You don’t need to know it all from day one – what matters most is that you’re ready to learn, bring your energy, and jump into the projects we’re working on.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience with a mix of branding and communications tasks. For example, you will:

  • Support the roll-out of our new brand identity across different channels.
  • Create and edit content for intranet, social media, and presentations, with a focus on brand, employer branding and company culture.
  • Contribute with your graphic design skills (basic level is enough. A strong understanding for design is a plus).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure quality and consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
  • Coordination for branding and employer branding projects and sponsorships.
  • Administrative support, assist with planning, keeping track of timelines and deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement branding elements.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • A strong interest in brand, employer branding and culture.
  • Strong communication skills in English (writing and speaking).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative.
  • Curious, flexible, and willing to learn new things.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; basic skills in video tools, and experience with design software such as Canva or Adobe are a big plus.

Contract period: October 13, 2025 - April 17, 2026

Location: Göteborg, onsite
