We are seeking a Senior Product Owner for one of our clients in the finance sector.

Description:

You will be a part of the development team delivering a delightful user experience across Nordea's digital channels. The main focus for this role will be to:

• Collaborate with the development team by serving as the voice of the customer in product decisions and trade-offs.

• Stay close to stakeholders within Nordea to drive alignment on business impact, success metrics, and prioritization.

• Partner with the UX design team to define a best-in-class user experience.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business impact.

• Plan and communicate delivery milestones, while staying on top of dependencies.

Your profile:

• Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of payments and 5+ years of experience within the finance/banking industry.

• Product Ownership: 5+ years of demonstrated Product Owner experience on both a strategic and operational level.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to take ownership, handle complex stakeholder environments, and lead and motivate others.

• Mindset: A proactive, innovative, and "can-do" mindset with the ability to convert new ideas or complex requirements into concrete actions.

• Agile Framework: Extensive experience with agile ways of working.

• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Knowledge and Experience:

• A UX background or experience delivering to mobile/frontend applications.

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

• Experience working within large, complex organizations.

• End Date: 2026-12-15

• Location: Copenhagen metropolitan area (with potential for remote/hybrid work depending on agreement)
