We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Stream Lead - IT Delivery & Migration to join a HR Transformation Project on a full-time basis from mid - October 2026 until 31 August 2027.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the IT Delivery & Migration workstream from planning into execution, ensuring successful implementation, migration, testing, integration, and go-live readiness across the HR transformation program.
In this position, you will successfully lead and coordinate all activities within the IT Delivery & Migration stream, ensuring delivery aligns with the target operating model, project plans, governance framework, and established ways of working. The role requires a strong leader who can create structure, transparency, and momentum across multiple parallel initiatives involving business stakeholders, IT teams, global teams, vendors, and project streams
Approximately: 1. 80-100% dedicated to leading the IT Delivery & Migration stream 2. Remaining time allocated to Business Analyst assignments within the organization, including: - Investigations and assessments - Requirements analysis - Business process analysis - Strategic and operational improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the IT Delivery & Migration stream
2. Manage integrations, testing, data migration, and system implementations
3. Drive cutover, go-live, and transition to support
4. Coordinate business, IT, vendors, and project teams
5. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations 6. Ensure requirements, testing, and delivery traceability
7. Maintain project documentation and reporting

Required Experience
- 5+ years in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead, or System Analyst
- Experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programs
- Experience coordinating integrations and migrations
- Strong test management and delivery coordination experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferred Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro, or similar HR platforms
- HR or ERP transformation programs
- Payroll systems and payroll parallel testing
- Cutover and go-live management
- Supplier and vendor management
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field - Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum, ISTQB) are advantageous
